DESCRIPTION: Video demonstrations for the warm-up, circuit, and workout of the day are linked. I suggest watching the whole demonstration and then performing it yourself. Keep the window open if you find you want to return to the demonstration for reference. Print out the week 1 and 2 strength tracking pdf attached to keep track of where you are. If by the second week, the exercises and workouts are still challenging, I suggest staying with this series until you can complete 2-3 rounds of each circuit and the workout of the day with some ease.
