DESCRIPTION: Many ask me the question &ldquo;what can I do now?&rdquo; and my answer is always &ldquo;it&rsquo;s not what, it's how that matters&rdquo;. Anything can go against your body getting stronger if done with unproper form and with compensations. I go into great detail within the strength program about how to tell if an exercise is going to serve your body in the long run and you can apply this to any movement throughout your day but I will mention the checklist here as well:

Neutral posture
Diaphragmatic breath
No symptoms including pain

I believe that nothing is off the table in postpartum but that doesn&rsquo;t mean you can do everything right away. What I mean is that you can do sit-ups, lift heavy weights and run IF you can do it with quality as in you can check off the 3 items on the checklist.
