DESCRIPTION: Video demonstrations for the warm-up and each circuit are linked. I suggest watching the whole demonstration and then performing it yourself. Keep the window open if you find you want to return to the demonstration for reference. Print out the week 7 and 8 strength tracking pdf attached to keep track of where you are. If by week two, the exercises are still challenging, I suggest staying with this series until you can complete 2-3 rounds of each circuit with some ease.
