Most of them are overuse injuries from the swift shift to doing new activities such as nursing, burping, rocking, changing, and carrying non-stop all day long. I am going to review a handful of common pains as well as a few things to do about them. For all of them, consider your ergonomics with what you are doing throughout your day. See if you can keep a neutral posture and use your core as much as you can to distribute the work.
