DESCRIPTION: The pelvis can rotate out of place for many reasons. It is very common in general and even more in pregnancy and postpartum. Symptoms associated with pelvic mal-alignment include but are not limited to:

one-sided low back or sacral pain (can switch side to side or stay consistent)
one-sided hip pain (front or back)

It can also contribute to:

one-sided sciatica
one-sided hip weakness

Sometimes pelvic alignment is your game-changer and other times it doesn't matter. It's always worth assessing just to make sure it's not part of the cause of your pain. If your alignment is off, I recommend doing the correction at least 3x a day if not more. Every hour would even be ideal. Commit to it for a week or two and see if it changes anything for you.
Assessment
