DESCRIPTION: If you put effort into one thing, I would want it to be posture. Sounds silly right? Well, it's because posture actually dictates what muscles are in the position to work based on their relationship to gravity. For this reason, posture is everything. You can literally do glut and core exercises your whole life but without being in the right posture, you will only be strengthening your hip flexors and lower back.
Now the unfortunate thing is that being pregnant puts you into a posture that shuts off your abdominals, flattens your butt, grips your pelvic floor, and compresses your low back. Not that cool right? Well, you had no choice. Something had to change so you could remain upright with a big bowling ball on your front side.
