DESCRIPTION: At least 8 weeks' worth of workouts, 4 workouts per week.
Overview: This phase introduces impact training so jumping to make sure you are good to run (assuming that's a goal of yours). The layout remains the same: a circuit and a WOD for each workout, 4 workouts each week, and each week repeated at least twice. As always, you are aiming to complete 5-10 repetitions of each exercise on each side when one-sided, and then you are repeating the circuit between 1-3x. I suggest staying in this phase until you are able to complete each circuit 3x with 10 reps for each exercise.
