DESCRIPTION: Sometimes it's about getting ducks in order to guarantee you have time. Sometimes it's during naps if they are consistent and sometimes you have to involve kids in the workout. However you work it, the important thing is that you prioritize it. Your physical rebuild is just as important as keeping your kid alive. You don’t get to not do it if something else comes up. By showing up for yourself, you are best able to show up for your kiddo.
If possible, create a routine. You might laugh at the idea of having a routine these days because no minute of the day is predictable but it is possible to find some consistency among the unpredictability. Maybe during the first nap of the day, you move. You won’t know how long the nap will be but you can at least move for however long that nap is. Maybe you move with the baby right after a feeding when you know your baby is the most content. See if you can find a point in the day that is consistent and be consistent with making it...
