DESCRIPTION: Your story can be inspired by anything you would like to write about. I recommend choosing one of the following:

- Photo
- Recipe
- Specific memory

to write about. It is easier to write about something you can hold in your hands, see, and/or experienced yourself. Throughout the course, I will refer to one of these three.

Think about selecting a moment that you want to share with your family and friends. Perhaps your favorite childhood memory, vacation, or holiday memory. No matter how insignificant you may believe the moment is, it is worth recording and sharing.

Here are some more examples of what you could choose to write about.

- Favorite painting
- Something you created
- Family heirloom
- Favorite pet
- Birthday
- Other major milestones
