DESCRIPTION: 
Before we start our journey of changing the world, it’s important to ask yourself this question: What type of world do you want to live in? What brings us happiness is different from person to person, but the ladder that gets us there is actually similar. Abraham Maslow published his theory of human motivation in 1943 and it describes the order in which humans seek out certain needs.
For example, before Chad the caveman can follow his dreams of becoming a ukulele star, he must: 

First, fulfill the basic needs for survival:  food, water, shelter, clothing, and sleep. 
Next, find safety: protection from threats, financial security, freedom from fear, and health. 
Then, fulfill his need of belonging: Chad will go to parties, find friends, look for approval, and then trust in his tribe. 
Finally, Chad can worry about who he is in his society: learn about his passions and become the greatest ukulele player that ever lived.
