Listening to yourself

Similar to the Mirror Work practice we did in the heart chakra, this exercise highlights the fact that even though we spend all day every day with ourselves, we are our greatest mystery.
Perhaps this has to do with the timeless proverb, “You can’t see the forest for the trees.” Sometimes we are too close and involved in our own affairs to be able to see or hear who we truly are. This interesting activity will help you gain a little objectivity and explore this reality by listening to yourself. Here's the exercise-
