The question is the secret to calming your nerves. Just like in a cricket match. Suppose India's playing and there are only two balls left and six runs remaining to win the match. You have a cool headed dooney come short and there India wins, right? Similarly, you just get one chance of an interview and you also need to maintain your nerves as calm as possible. The secret is that you need to tell yourself that you are the best.
It's called affirmations. Right? So you visualize you imagine and keep repeating in front of the mirror that you are the best. You believe in yourself. Or I am the best. I believe in myself.
And see the difference it makes to your notes. You will be absolutely calm and confident. I believe in myself, to believe in yourself. I can do it. You can do it. I am the best.
You are the best. You are the best. believe in myself and I can do it. I know I can do it, you can do it. This is a short and effective way of calming your nerves. In the next module, we will see the importance of body language and how to handle it.
