Follow up post the interview. So friends, we've come to the last video of our learnings. This video is about how to follow up with the interviewer. Post the interview so that you get a positive response. Most of us forget or normally do not write a thank you note, after the interview is over. There are three parts steps to achieve your objective.

Let me show you how to do it. After the interview, you'd have got a better opportunity and a better understanding about the entire job profile. It's important that you stand out as a candidate because most of the people lose this opportunity to impress the interview further. Let me show you how you can do it. Step one, write a thank you note. Take your computer type of time the nice thank you note.

Take a printout with good font size, a good paper and send a hard copy of that note to the interviewer when the whole world is on WhatsApp, mobile, email soft copies. a hard copy of a thank you note is a gesture which the interviewer will always remember. So that's step one, step two content of the note. It should be a genuine thank you note, what should you do? Start with mentioning certain points, which you would have discussed with the interviewer or he would have given it to you, so that there is a reference point and it actually makes him recollect your candidature. Next, just reiterate one or two of your strengths very gently, and address the problem that was discussed while you were at the interview.

Next, mentioned some point which you would have perhaps researched after the interview and gathered information about and mentioned that in the letter. It could be anything that you want to share additionally, which will further enhance your chances of finding that connect with the interview. Next, show your enthusiasm and keenness to join The organization extremely critical. As I said, enthusiasm is contagious. That's your next part of the content letter. Lastly, mention your mobile number very neatly at the bottom of the letter.

So that in case he has to call you, he can do that. What are the advantages of this note? One brand recall what happens when he receives this note, he starts recollecting you as a candidate, there could be so many candidates he would have met. From that set of candidates, you will be the one who will stand out because it will ring a bell once he reads about your candidature once again. And in case the interview has not shortlisted you, this note opens up a window of opportunity for him to reevaluate, because there could be certain points that you would have mentioned in this note after the interview, which might tempt him to actually call you again. If you're called for the second interview, your rapport with the interviewer will be far better as compared to the other candidates because this note would have established a platform for you To discuss it further, we all like to go by logic for everything.

However, a thank you note gets in that human element. We are all humans, we like to be appreciated, right? So this thank you note will serve that purpose. So friends, we've come to an end of our entire learning module, therapists perfect interview tutorial, just like you would go for your exam. So you would take your book, there would be chapters in the book, you might perhaps think that, you know, maybe four or five chapters if I don't study, it's all right. But what if the same subject is asked or the content is asked in the exam, similar as the situation in a job search or in a job interview, you really don't know what would be thrown at you.

Right? So I've given you a comprehensive module. And I would suggest that you go through each of these and apply them in depth, and you're guaranteed to get success. You know, with my 30 years of experience, I've seen candidates who are well deserving, very well covered mollified but somewhere there is not able to make that cut. You start impressing the interview and you can get a job. Most of them don't realize that it is a process of applying step by step tools.

Also, one tends to forget that you know you are being evaluated on relative comparison basis. It's not something where you as a candidate are good and you perform well, so you will get the job. But what if the next guy uses a tool which is getting him closer to that job requirement? So it's my genuine and sincere if I may call it wish that you apply each of these techniques, which I have really kind of you know, you will not find them so much in books, as much as you will find it through experience. And this is my heart learned experience with candidates guiding them throughout. So when you apply them you will start seeing positive results.
