For the work on the mean back again, you can start by warming up with your epileptics. The main regions that we're focusing on are perspire, and rhomboids and the partner for shoulder girdle. Once the tissue is one, you can start applying your better search techniques. You'll do some muscle kneading, you can go all the way up into their upper back or you can go through shoulder girdle. This is where you also can do some muscle squeezing. Here you can put a fairly deep amount of pressure Remember to always work on both sides.

If need to, you can always walk around and apply on this side. You can also do some muscle stripping towards the head along the spine or you can reinforce your thumbs and do some muscle striping towards shoulder blades. You can do some picking up. If it's hard to grab onto the muscle because of oil. Just take it out. Squeeze the muscle together and lift it up.

We can also do polymer stroking on the shoulder girdle. Work on the same side that you're standing on. Be mindful of your lower back. Remember to give proper body position and provide pressure and force with your legs. You can also go with tumbled on the shoulder blade on the side. Be mindful again of your wrist positioning, don't current theories.

Keep your smart borrow to the back. For the purpose of the lesson I'm mostly focusing on remember but remember You can always go from region to region from lower back, into the mid back, me back into the upper back.
