65 Max Foundation is focused to enrich each student academically by providing a classroom environment that allows individuals to succession openly. Social and emotional growth and awareness that instills confidence and (OJT) skills and accountability that would help empower each student to enhance their customer service skills that would also help build Integrity and self-esteem.

Responsibility: The focus for each student is to be empowered mentally, physically, and emotionally to help expand their perspective of her opinion towards growth opportunities and to be heard by giving her a platform moment to engage positively towards life’s possibilities.

Month Program: Gives the opportunity and a platform to share your voice on BBSRadio/Allroads65 Max Radio and join alongside the host of the show Pamela L Henderson for a special interview that is distributed to over 100 plus different stations worldwide.

Certificate of Completion: Each student who completes her training will receive an honor certificate having a passing grade of 80% at the end of her training delivered via email.
