DESCRIPTION: In this meditation, we will go through a short visualization exercise that will help you remain calm and centered throughout challenges. This exercise is a great one to do to center after a stressful experience and to prepare ourselves for an upcoming challenge. It is also a helpful foundation exercise to practice prior to other meditations. Be sure to read the accompanying article, "How to Be in the Moment When the Moment Sucks" for an honest look at ways to work through tough situations. Last, we've attached a Journal Entry form for writing down thoughts and observations following this activity.
