When standing in Zone 2, you will range from #11 Overwhelmed, Thoughtless, Tired Flustered to #8 Bored, Tedious, Disinterested, Sluggish. 
Many people in this emotional stance feel compelled to push themselves more and more; having the sense they have not done enough; a sense that never seems to go away.
