In week 5, we examine how we unconsciously re-create our family of origin’s system. We do things our parents did, that we vowed we would never do. And we often marry one or the other of our parent’s personality types.
You look at “magical thinking” – the “what ifs”, and “if only” that you did as a child and how you may still be doing magical thinking today.
You wrap up Week 5 by taking a look at the roles of guilt and shame.
