In this segment, you will be introduced to the technique that can help you identify your subconscious blocks and address specific problem that you may be encountering at the moment. As mentioned before, you are required to set aside at least 30 minutes of undisturbed time to yourself for this segment. Please make sure that you are in a quiet environment before the commencement of the session. This will definitely help you to attain more clarity. After learning this technique, you can use it at your own pace to uncover your own blocks. And close with this segment is an mp3 guided recording and a PDF workbook that you can download to assist you in identifying your blocks.

You can use these materials as often as you need to find your own The line triggers the truth of any problem is that we can never find a solution unless we know what is the real cause. Most of the time we try to solve problems at surface level, thinking that if we are diligent enough, we will always be safe. However, it is the root cause that we need to tackle in order for these issues not to occur again. The purpose of this technique is to help you identify any underlying conditioning or triggers that directly or indirectly impacted problems you're facing in your daily life. Whether it is a confidence issue, or a repeated behavior, there is always an underlying trigger that you're not even aware of. Before we commence, please refer to the Attached workbook and answer section A. Greet the six areas of your life and identify an issue that you want clarity of.

Now, fire comfortable and quiet place to relax. You will be guided through the next 15 minutes to find your subconscious block to the specific issue you want to address. Not that during this exercise, you may recall incidences in your life. You may feel sensations in your body and emotions may come up to the surface. I will need you to relax and just go with the flow. Whatever you will experience are what you have kept within you.

Just relax and let yourself experience the session. After the guided session is over, you may continue to fill in Section B of the workbook. It is best to Do this while you still have clear memory of what you've just experienced. Without further ado, let's begin relaxing. Hands on your left. Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath and relax. Take your time and easy to relax your mind. Relax your body slowly take three deep breaths at your own pace. Breathe in and out and in an hour relax by your center. Now, think of the problem you're experiencing the problem you have shortlisted 30 hold that problem in your mind. identify any emotions you feel to Watson emotion heavy Do you feel any physical sensation or thinking about this problem?

Do you feel any sensation in your body? Yes. Where do you feel it in your head, your throat or any Oh is it in your hands? observe any sensation and make a mental note of it. Still holding the feeling and the form of the problem. Can you remember the first time you felt the same emotion and sensation in you When was it When did this happen?

How old were you then? Where were you when this happened? Is this a familiar environment to you? What did you see around you? Is there anyone around you? If yes Who is this person?

Did any conversation transpire? One has been said Do you know what happened in the situation that made you feel the same way At this point what is your own emotion like? Do you feel any sensation in your body? If yes, where do you feel it? What kind of sensation is Take your time to observe this experience. If any messages come through for you Please take note of it what is it trying to tell you in relation to your problem?

Take your time to observe anything that you are seeing, feeling or hearing. make a mental note of all these experiences you're feeling.
