While you were meditating on your problem, how was your emotion? Did you see anything or anyone? Did you feel any sensation in your body? Did you hear anything or remember anything? Different people who experienced this session very differently, some are more visual, some are more cognitive, and others may feel more in terms of physical sensations or emotions. Whatever you have experienced is what is closely tied to the problem at hand.

Some will recall childhood encounters that caused them to feel certain ways about their life now, and some blue sense experiences to at first glance, not related to the problem at all. But as they ponder, they realize a correlation. For those who have received sketchy imageries or messages, rest assured that you have allowed the underlying issues to come to the surface. Take the next few days to observe your passing thoughts and feelings, not what has changed within you, and what is calling out to your attention. The answer will often come when you least expected. We often block our inner knowing because we are too busy keeping ourselves busy.

If you don't give yourself time or rest to recognize what has come to the surface, then you may find it harder to notice what your inner voice is trying to tell you. On the other hand, don't try to force an answer. You may end up composing an answer that is not real. Just relax and let yourself discover what comes up. If you have easily identified the underlying issues after the session, that's great. Work with those information that come to light, understand yourself and your own shortfall in it, and then make an intention to let it go.

It is as simple as acknowledging your issues, and telling yourself that you have learned your lesson and make a decision to eliminate it in your life. If you didn't get a clear answer, I suggest you relax and observe for the next two weeks. There are participants who only realize what has come to the surface after a few weeks. Like I said, we are all different. Some of us get clarity a lot faster, and some just need a bit more time. Also, the type of issues we are experiencing are very different.

Those more deep set issues will also take more time and effort to uncover Before we end this session, I would like you to take 10 minutes to relax your body and mind after doing the exercise earlier. This is to help you come back to a calm and peaceful state. In case some heavy emotions have been tossed up during the session. You can choose to do 10 sets of breathing to relax. Slowly inhale for 10 counts and exhale for 10 counts. Do 10 sets of these and you will feel a lot lighter and more relax.
