Chapter 9: The Royal Secret; Raja-vidya or Raja Yoga

The knowledge is said to be secret because even if you hear the teachings, it is rarely understood unless we are ready for them. Also, this true wisdom or Vijnana is not subject to our sensory experience like the worldly or material wisdom. We can attain it with total commitment, compassion, faith, grace and devotion. A mature mind is needed for spiritual knowledge and these virtues, when cultivated, lead to maturity.
Verse 14: Those who are always focussed on Me, and making their best efforts, whose commitment is firm and who remain surrendered to Me with devotion, who are always united to ME (with a loving heart), I am always with them.
