DESCRIPTION: Chapter 11 Viswa-Rupa-Darshana-Yoga Krishna has mentioned that the entire universe is material manifestation of Divine Consciousness and revealed His glories. The whole universe belongs to the divine alone and He is all pervading. This chapter begins with Arjuna summarising the teachings of Krishna so far (the nature of Jiva -Individual self and the nature of Bhagavan- the Supreme Self ). Even though Arjuna has received the teachings from Krishna Himself, but due to his own limited abilities and mind, still struggling to comprehend the Universal or Cosmic Form of the Bhagavan or lord. He prays to Krishna to bless him with the vision of universal form of the Supreme Divine. (B.G. 11. 1 to 4) Here Lord Krishna agrees to bless Arjuna with the divine vision of His Universal Form (Viswa-Rupa).
