DESCRIPTION: Chapter 5: Sanyasa-yoga In the Chapter 4 Lord Krishna explains the Karma Yoga, renunciation and Yajna or ceremonial performances described in Vedas and Yoga. He mentioned that a Jnani or person burns the bondage and seeds of karma in the fire of knowledge. A Jnani or wiseman is free from all forms of possessions, and only perform Karma to sustain the life. He is also happy with the fruits he receives as well as all the life events he faces (Prarabdha Karma). Krishna concludes the lesson with advising Arjuna to follow his duty. Here we understand only two lifestyles known as Karma Marga (life of active action) and Sanyasa Marga (life of renunciation). The first is known as the Karma Yoga and the second is known as Ashram-Sanyasa. In both the margas individuals are identified with the objects.
