How many of us go through the day on autopilot? And what percentage of our day is on autopilot? If you drive, I am sure you have been so deep in thought in your neocortex, that you arrive at your destination and you can&rsquo;t remember how you have made it there. This is your subconscious brain taking over from your conscious brain, while it is being used for another task or activity. Your subconscious brain did the driving, while your conscious brain was deep in thought. I would not recommend consciously doing this, but it happens.
