DESCRIPTION: Welcome to this video on why we should build up our lung capacity. Most people get into the habit of breathing from their upper chest area. We have learnt why this happens from the previous video. We are breaking that habit. Our lungs can hold up to 17 pints of air, and the average adult only holds two to three pints. Our breath has become shallow because the energy in our body is rising to the head. This is not good for our lungs. Using the entire capacity of our lungs is so important for optimal health and being the best version of yourself. They naturally want to work to full capacity, and unfortunately, our habits have taken us away from their natural ability.
