DESCRIPTION: Welcome to this video about observing your thoughts. Firstly, let's think about a time when we have had a thought, and that thought has led us to an action that we have regretted. Was that thought us? Did that thought have our best interest at heart? Did that thought have peaceful intentions? I can think of many instances where I have gone with a thought and it has led me into all sorts of problems and difficulties. Was that thought me? Most definitely not. Was that thought part of an experience or conditioning that I have been through? Yes. This is one of the best reasons for observing your thoughts. Always remember we have a choice when a thought pops into our head, and we also get a choice to react or respond. What does that mean actually?
