  • You will learn the skills to bring you into the moment rather than being stuck in the past or the future.
  • The autonomic nervous system and how it works. Why we should be in the parasympathetic nervous state. Why deep breathing is essential for good health.
  • You will feel more empowered with the knowledge to deal with anxiety, depression, a busy mind, and many other feelings and sensations that distract us from being in a good state.
  • You will be slowly moving away from the bad feelings and sensations you have been experiencing and towards a healthier and stronger mindset.
  • You will have the power to explore your emotions and pick the ones you want to experience more and move away from the ones you seem to be stuck with that do not serve you.
