The second series of questions to prepare for are &ldquo;Positional&rdquo; qualifying questions, those questions where interviewers drill down beneath the surface to see if you are truly qualified for the opportunity. First and foremost, as we discussed earlier in this lecture, managers look to hire people that have a similar personality to them. Secondly, hiring managers want to bring in people that can get ramped up quickly on the new job and become contributors as quickly as possible.
