To Hell With Cell is a catalyst for a technological migration from the use of cell phone tower signals to wi-fi signals, thereby eliminating our cell phone bills forevermore. To Hell With Cell was made in the USA, for the USA, as you must be physically located in the United States at the time of setting up your free wi-fi phone system, and once you do, you can use it anywhere in the world.

Part one is broken into seven sections. 

• The first section involves determining what device or devices you will use.
• The second section involves setting up a Google Account specifically for your new Wi-Fi phone system, utilizing an application called Google Voice. Google Voice is the backbone of your new Wi-Fi phone system.
• The third section involves securing your phone number. And yes, you can transfer your existing number. Though after going through this section, you may end up deciding to start fresh by having a new phone number.
• The fourth section involves installing all of the needed Apps to operate your new   Wi-Fi phone. 
• The fifth section involves setting up international calling and porting (or transferring) your existing cell phone number to Google.
• The sixth section involves optional accessories to consider to use in conjunction with your new iPad Wi-Fi phone for a more secure, healthier, and productive life.
• And, the seventh section reviews how to use your new Wi-Fi phone.
