This is the last section of the life compass. I told you it was easy. And I want it to be so yeah, because if I create a really highly complex tool for your goal tracking, you're clearly not going to want to do it and review this on a monthly basis. So it had to be simple. The last section is on your mom's specific activities. You've documented your long term goals and your monthly recurring activities.

There are now things that actually happen on a specific time. Yeah. So throughout the year on the over the course of January, you may go on holidays. And so there is a goal for you in June or March or Maine whenever it is where you want to book your holidays. This is a one off. So this type of goals that are just happening one time or that are not regular, are documented in that section.

It is the most specific area I personally update this section every month. So at the end of the month, I look back and I update my life compass. And then I prepare for the coming month that is just starting, I opened my agenda, and I look at everything which is going to happen that is relevant in that month. And I decided to pick some specific activities and re register them into my life contracts, because they're important. So for example, there is an important mortgage signature happening in two weeks, I'll put it down and say make sure that I signed the mortgage and that everything happens fine. If my sister is coming to visit me, London, I'll say, have a good time with my sister and make sure that I take her to my best favorite restaurant, those things.

So it's really just bring to life, your calendar and your key activities in a way that they become goals for you. At the end of the month, you can look back and celebrate everything you've Don't a quick tip here. If you're 100% sure to do something, I think it's still valuable for you to enter it into your life compass. Why? Because you can celebrate. Sometimes I go as far as writing something down and scratching it straight after.

It gives me pleasure, hey, goal setting has to be pleasurable, otherwise, you're not going to follow through. And then the other part of the month specific activities is a place where you can share a story. This is just you stepping out of the Excel type of spreadsheet where you list your goals, and where you actually tell yourself a story, which is the nice story of the month to come. So I love to do this just celebrating or being excited for the month to come and how it's gonna be fabulous and all the things that I will have a chance to accomplish. And then I tell my story and at the end of the month actually reflect back I say, Well, this is what I expected. This is what happened.

So I'm really glad because this happened and I completed those goals on this on this front on the emotional side, I would like to pursue next month, a bit more my relationship building with my sister in law. And I also would like to think more about what next course I want to build, etc, etc. I'm just giving you personal examples that I'm making up. But you see, I have a story before and after. and the value of that is also that as you build up your life contents month after month after month, by the end of the year, I take some time off maybe one or two hours. I just read back this wonderful story.

And it reminds me of all the amazing things that happened during the year. You know, we forget so easy. If I asked you what you've accomplished over the last 12 months, it will be pretty is easy for you to remember about the last month. But if we start going beyond that, you bet that you have forgotten many things. In this life combat is a really nice way for me to just reflect on my life, and to realize how much progress I'm making, and how much things are changing and they're rolling. And I would not appreciate it as much if I didn't take the time to write this down, and to really take a snapshot of how I feel in the moment.

So this is it. You have your monthly activities based on your calendar and you can look at what's going to happen in the mind and you build a story. You're all set. Now, it's about taking action. It's about following through your commitments, and coming back into your life compass. By the way, I hope that one of your recurring goals on your monthly scorecard is to review the life contest and I hope that this one stay green.

It is the basics. If you don't live your life compass, you're not going to follow through or your goals is simply human. Yeah, you need to keep things on your radar. You need to keep them at an awareness level where you're conscious of what you need to do, and where you remind yourself. Remember the commitment guiding principle that I mentioned before. Also, you know, every month if there is something specific, and where you see that there's quite a considerable risk that you're not going to follow through.

Just talk about it, share it with your friends, or share it on this forum. There are other students who just like you are discovering this life compass, give it a go. vulnerability is a great way for you to break through some limitations and make progress. Believe me.
