The objective of this class is for you to snap this 123 focus points that you can apply to the untracked map so that you get to establish a daily self care routine. establishing your daily self care routine is the number one success principle on the untracked map. To put it very simply, the philosophy behind the untracked map that, at least to me, there's so much more to success than just getting from A to B. First of all, you need to build the inner foundation for your success so that when life happens, and it does for all of us, you will be in a much better place to navigate through the various stages that you go through when you're working on your project. That is where your self care practice fits in. So let's get started, shall we?

The untracked map is all about focus flexibility And flow. First, let's take a look at what happens if you don't set aside time to do a daily self care practice. Quite often, when we run out of energy, we get to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, confused, and maybe even burned out. You might want to compare this to a car. You know, a car needs gas, when it is to take you from where you are to where you want to be. It's the same with you.

It is very important that your energy resources are filled up so that you prevent running out of energy. I personally learned the important lessons of self care practices the hard way. Many years ago when I had my first company and I went bankrupt. After five years of really hard work, I found myself exhausted, frustrated and burnt out. And I definitely don't want that to happen to you. While some people may argue that the self practices a selfish act.

In my opinion, the self care practice is foundational to your success. Because once you have your self care practice in place, you will feel much better and you will be much more motivated to do the work that it actually takes to get your project out of your head and into the world. Right. The great news is that establishing a daily self care practice need not be complicated and it need not require a lot of time. Even just setting aside 15 minutes a day for your self care practice could make a huge difference in your energy level and well being. So how do you establish a daily self care practice that works for you, like we talked about in the untracked mat in action video.

Mass loss, high accuracy of need is a great place to start when you're looking to establish your daily self care practices. A daily self care practice could be for example, Number one, making sure that you get enough sleep and rest. Number two, cooking food that actually nourishes you. Number three, getting enough exercise and so forth. However, what I would like to point to, besides your physiological needs is your relationship life, your relationship life and the people that you surround yourself with, actually has a huge impact on your well being and your level of energy. As it turns out, there are studies that show that sometimes a great community can actually be more important for your health and vitality than a daily dose of de vitamin.

When you surround yourself with like minded people who understand the journey that you're going through, you will feel less lonely and less isolated. And that has a huge impact on your overall well being and motivation. So don't be shy. If you need to. please reach out to your community and get some kind of support. And if you don't already have a community, maybe that is the first step for you to take to establish some kind of community.

Now we're all different. And it is of course up to you to establish a set of daily self care routines that support you the most. In my own experience, if I was to nail down the three most important daily self care practices, they would be as follows. Number one, I like to connect with nature every day. That means that I always make sure to go for a walk for at least 15 minutes. It really helps energize me and motivates me and it is a great way to process a lot of emotions, and also to get a fresh perspective in areas of my work life where I might otherwise have felt stuck.

Number two I am a huge believer in the power of pauses. I have found that taking pauses throughout my workday actually makes me a lot more productive. Now it can be tempting to feel guilty about taking those pauses. But believe me, I really consider the time that you invest in those posts to be a great investment. Haven't you ever noticed how when you go to sleep, you might be thinking about something that is troubling you, and then you wake up the next morning only to find that everything has just become much more clear to you. That is the power of rest.

Of course, you cannot always get a full night's rest whenever you need to solve a problem. But believe me, even five minutes of a power nap can do wonders. You will find new solutions and you will find new perspectives much more easily than if you just push through. Number three, community and network. Now I I used to believe that I had to do everything by myself. But nowadays I really understand the power of being in a community and being surrounded by like minded people who understands the work that I do and the person that I am.

Now, I don't work in community all of the time, I have very focused work sessions where I just get down to it and do the work that needs to be done, but differences that whenever I need support, I reach out for support, and I know where to find it back to you. What type of daily self care practices Do you feel would support you the most and getting your project out of your head and into the world for you to make the most out of this lesson? I suggest that you take out your untracked workbook and look to the self care section page 10 to 12. Then answer the worksheet to the best of your After that, I suggested to take a look at the suggested focus points and that you choose 123 focus points that you feel apply to you the most. Of course, you are free to make up your own focus points, but this is just the status for you to get some inspiration.

Once you have identified the three focus points that you want to use to activate your daily self care practice, I tend to just you write it into the untracked map. Now you can make it as bold and colorful as you'd like. Or you could just make it plain simple. The important part is that by using the untracked mat, you will make those daily self care practices memorable by taking these first couple of simple steps towards establishing a daily self care routine for yourself. Soon you will begin to experience an increased level of well being energy and motivation you You cannot do anything wrong to start where you are at and take the next step.
