In this awareness course, you will learn, why 'mindset skills' should underpin your thinking and approach. Athletes, coaches, and teams who perform to the highest levels do so because they have clarity with purpose, Intensity, and accuracy in everything they do.
The ability to perform under pressure is a skill and can be the difference between those staying on task and those becoming overwhelmed. To succeed you need to have a mindset that allows you to embrace challenges, develop new skills and apply these when it matters most.
This short introductory mindset skills course is for. Athletes, coaches, teams, and parents who are looking to understand the principles in developing a strong mindset in sport.
Module 1
"Mindset Influences Belief"
Understanding what drives you to succeed, is hugely important, but so is, 'What stops you from performing?' Building self-belief and confidence is imperative if you want to perform at your very best.
Module 2
"Belief drives performance"
Keeping your attention on those aspects you can control, will help you to stay on task and focused on what impacts positively on your performance.
Module 3
"Performance determines the outcome"
Keeping a clear focus on what impacts on your performance will ensure you continue to 'Bridge your gap' and drive either yourself or your team to be the best you - they can be. Having a clear understanding of what Performance will look like, with a mentality that 'potential' is always around the corner, will ensure you constantly strive for better outcomes.
