Letting Go and inner light meditation. Allow yourself to rest and subasta. Now your entire back side of your body flat on your mat. Perhaps placing a pillar underneath your knee, supporting your nervous keeping your chin tucked in the back of your neck lengthen. Make sure you are comfortable. Alternatively, you may also do this meditation in a seated posture, ensuring your spine is nice and straight.

Your crown reaching into the heavens and shouldn't be tucked in. Make sure you are comfortably seated before you begin taking a couple of nice deep breaths and then in through your nostrils. allow your body to release all negativity, anxiety and stress that might be holding. Allow yourself a couple of more breaths here. Breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly in gently connecting with your heart. Feel your heart.

Feel what needs to be within it all. Allow yourself to breathe through feel your heart and your Chest beat. And take a nice deep breath. breathing deeply into your heart. Honoring the divine and beautiful being. Honoring yourself, honoring your energy and just allowing yourself to stay here for a couple of breaths.

You may even feel you'd like to place a hand on your heart to connect little deeper and as you're connecting with your heart space, allow any emotion that arises to allow yourself to feel these emotions. Without attaching to the story, just allow yourself to see. Allow yourself to breeze through the heartache and pain around. Allow the chairs to fall. Allow the mouth to frown. allow your body to fully release any emotion that you might be holding on any memory, any fee.

Just allow yourself to release and perhaps instead of feeling sadness, perhaps you're filled with the mains. Gratitude of love and abundance. Perhaps instead of having tears rolling down your cheeks, your mouth frowning. Perhaps you're wearing a beautiful smile. allow your heart to sing. If that's what feels right for you.

Allow whatever emotion it wants to come to. You might feel a light heart full of joy and gratitude. You might feel a heavy heart, a break and full of pain. Sit here with whatever comes up and allow yourself to be allow yourself to feel. allow these feelings to arise in order to leave your body pile on yourself to feel. Release them and let them stay here as long as you need to.

As long as you feel you need to, you can hold yourself in the womb like love and deep compassion for this lady wants the process of letting go has been complete. Allow it to come to an end for now. Bring your wins to your solar plexus. You're in a point of power just below this tune in the V of your imagine a beautiful bright yellow light setting. Perhaps the light is quite small to begin with. And that's okay.

Perhaps the light isn't a light there at all. And that's okay. And purely imagine the light beam. Imagine a beautiful bright ball of energy residing in your solar plexus, the V of your and then breathe into that yellow law. Allow that light to expand beyond your solar plexus into the rest of your body and your expand like a golden ball of light that is growing in size on every inhalation that you take until your whole being is shining and surrounded by as golden bride. And then bring your focus and attention back into your sight.

See yourself sitting Visualize yourself being strong and your own true, grounded and allow this inner power, strength and wisdom to move inside of you and all around. Trust that all will be well. Have faith that all will be well. And thank you intervene for always being there for you for always giving you strength and forgive yourself for not having acknowledged your inner being before. Forgive yourself for not having listened or tapped into this inner power and promise yourself right now that you will never let your inner being down again. You will listen closely.

You will honor and protect it as much as you can. We all have free will and sometimes we go against what our inner child is telling us. And this is okay too. But no ultimately, in a child, our inner being knows the way it knows us better than we know ourselves. allowed to allow the light for you to guide and give you strength. Allow it to be your best friend.

And then check in with your inner child. check in to see whether it is in need of anything and then allow yourself to give you any child which perhaps it is a need in a big Give your inner child a nice big squeeze and tell him how much you love him and appreciate and thank you all. Really honoring and cherishing this moment, this deep connection with yourself and your inner child, your inner peace and allow yourself to stay here for as long. Baby Jane cleaver is now in your willingness to move back to your home. into your home. Taking in another nice deep breath bringing your awareness into your hands.

Your fingers, your toes, your head, your spine, you're taking another deep breath and then gently begin to reawaken your body. And the next inhalation, reaching your arms up behind you giving yourself a nice base. And perhaps a little you know, the next exhalation, exhale having your knees into your chest, giving yourself a big scary evil saying I love Nice thing, Jane to allow yourself to roll onto the right side of your body. Coming to line feet, allowing your heart to be in a semi upright position. And then chain Lee gently pushing yourself off the ground, coming up into a seated posture. Feeling you're sick thanks.

Feeling the crown of your head reaching up into the heavens. On the next explanation, Rachel, on society, fingertips touching. Exhale and then the next inhalation, inhale reaching your arms up into the heavens.
