Hello, ladies and welcome back to our last fundamental. Oh my goodness, we have had an amazing journey. Let's do a quick recap. My goodness, you have identified your game changing goal, you discovered your natural leadership style, and you have grounded yourself in your four core values. So here we are at our last fundamental asset. Let your skills work for you.

Okay, ladies, it's time to take everything that we've learned from the first three fundamentals and add our skills, our education, knowledge and passion and direct everything toward our new game changing goal. Now this fundamental is key to our success. This is where we're going to put it all together. Ladies, why is it that we sometimes have a habit of not giving ourselves credit for the work that we do? Or we dismiss it altogether? Why is it that we're so quick to brush off a skill or a talent?

And let's not even talk about how many times we dismiss a compliment? We're so quick to say, Oh, it was nothing, instead of a simple, thank you. Well, ladies, from this day going forward, we're going to start making our assets work for us. We're going to claim or reclaim, I should say, all of those skills and talents that have been on the back burner on the shelf. We're bringing it home, and we're going to make it work for us. So how do we do that?

Let's say for example, that you been a copywriter for an organization. what's to stop you from writing copy about yourself as you take on a new Wrong. Or if you're an accountant wants to stop you from creating your own budget. I want you to think of yourself as a new client in need of your skills. What would you do for that person? That's you.

Now to help you get started, we're going to take inventory of your assets, head over to the resources section, and print out the assets worksheet and start making a list of the areas mentioned. And if you think of any other areas, great, add those two. Now, if you don't know where to start, I've given you a couple of ideas. Also, remember that mentors are valuable assets as well. These are individuals that you respect, you've got a great relationship with and they can give you guidance and support. Remember, this is still your journey, but they can answer questions and be a sounding board.

When you got things on your mind that you want to discuss? for your class project, I want you to identify four skills that you can use to what your game changing goal and start implementing them in the workplace. Ladies, thank you for taking this journey. Thank you for rediscovering just how brilliant, how talented and how resourceful you are. as both a businesswoman and a leader. There's only one more thing that you have to do.

You've got to own it every single day. It has been my pleasure and my honor to guide you back to who you've always been.
