Transcript

Hello ladies and welcome to your first fundamental determination. Our assignment here is to identify our game changing goal. That's right. This is the one that's going to push us out of our comfort zone. This is the goal that's going to help us grow both personally and professionally. Now to help us identify your game changing goal, let's head over to the resources section and print out the goals worksheet.

Let's take a few moments right now and review that document. The first section of the worksheet is to help you remember the key points throughout the process. The questions are designed to help you identify why this goal is important. The reason for this exercise is to help you create a strong connection to this goal. Based on the reasons why you declare it to be important, it will be the same reasons you will use to keep motivated throughout the process. Another thing you'll notice when doing this exercise is how you're using your time.

Don't get me wrong, ladies, we all need downtime and play time. However, you're going to discover some of those habits that provide no value to you. When you run across these and you will ask yourself this question. What is having this in my life are doing this do for me. If your response is not one of empowerment, does not move you closer to your game changing goal or just not add value to your life. Use this opportunity to replace it with something that does empower you that does move you towards your goal, and that adds value to your life.

Now once you've identified your goal, the smart approach will help you create a plan to keep it on track. Another great tool to use is to write down your goals and why they're important, or create a visual representation and place it somewhere where you can see it every day. When I did this process, I placed my goal on my bathroom mirror, and I read it every morning as I brushed my teeth. And you know what it did for me ladies. It really helped to center me. And to remind me that no matter what I was doing throughout my day, I had to make sure that I did at least one thing toward my goal.

It really helped to have it there as a reminder of what was waiting for me. Ladies, I'm thrilled you're here. Please share your aha moments and your game changing goals. With our community so we can support you in your transformation. I'll see you at the next fundamental
