Hey is Dave allow from smart income today. So first off, thank you so much for taking the time and money to purchase this course I know it's sometimes difficult to take that leap of faith on someone you don't know or just like trying to enter this business it can be daunting. But really my goal is to respect your time and money to give you the best information possible. Everything here is what I spent $5,000 paying for. So hopefully this will save you a lot of money and help you get up and running sooner than later. In this video, I want to quickly talk about the course overview you know who I am, and also some requirements if you might be thinking you know what you need to actually get up and running.

So first off, who am I right? You might be asking who is David Lau from smart income today. So that's me. I'm the founder of smart income today and I started a YouTube channel I started a blog in my YouTube channel. I really My journey in building on on on online business and with my blog, I really document some of the learnings that I've had throughout my journey. So I'm a growth marketer at heart.

If you're not familiar with growth marketing, it's really just a fancy way of saying marketing. It's means that I deal with the product side of things. But I also deal with the marketing side of things. So I make sure that I help companies kind of grow in acquiring new customers, new users, but also make sure that those customers are converting once they reach the website. So that's what that is, in a nutshell, a little bit of a map about my background just so that I'm not some random person. I did manage a seven figure marketing budget at my last company and I helped a company help them grow from seven to 40 people.

That was primarily through Facebook ads, Google ads, and a whole bunch of other channels as well. Right now I'm also currently building my own online business, as I mentioned, in both lead generation and in affiliate marketing, if you're not familiar with affiliate marketing, affiliate marketing is essentially selling someone else's product and making a commission off of it. So let's say I'm helping some apple sell iPhones, and I'm making 10% off of it. So if I saw any hundred dollar iPhone that I'm making $80 per sale. So in the description down below, I'm gonna, I'm gonna include my LinkedIn link, just so that you can verify that I'm not a lot of fake person, and I'm a real person. And hopefully, they'll help you kind of understand who's teaching this course also a little bit more.

So a little bit about the course. First, I'm going to talk about you know, what is lead generation, I'm going to clarify, you know, what that looks like, what the business model is looking like and what you can expect. If you're entering this business. I'm going to also detail a step by step approach and show you exactly what you need. To build your business, write everything from finding your client to building out the tech, I'm going to show you everything. I'm going to also talk about the costs so that you have an idea of you know what to expect.

So the pieces are finding your client, right? building your final funnel is just a fancy way of saying a website, a series of steps in a website. I'll show you what that looks like later on in the course. Binding connecting your domain, right? So you want let's say you're helping a tow truck company drive leads, then you would be buying a domain like I don't know, Los Angeles toes, or 24, seven toes calm or something like that. automation, right, there are a lot of pieces that you want to do have it done automatically.

You don't want to be sending your your leads manually to your clients every single time. That's just a no brainer, setting up wufu forms. So there are times where you don't want Do you want to get a lot of information for from these prospective leads and sending them to your clients? I'll show you how to set that up. Creating Google and Facebook ads. Fundamentally, this is how we're acquiring customers.

We're paying for these ads, which sorry, we're running ads, which our client is paying for. And then we're sending them leads. Right, that's how it works. Again, I'll talk more about this later. And then finally, I'm also going to include some amazing bonuses. That's just a cherry on the on the cake.

I'm not sure if that's the correct term, but essentially, I'm going to be giving you a lot of free things, free things as well or discounted things that might help you in your journey when you're building your lead generation business. So requirements, you need a computer. I hope most of you who are watching this have this you need a phone. This is just to call it clients call your customers really get, really get them on the phone so that you can close them and get them to understand what your value is. And you need hard work, right? This is fundamentally super, super important, right?

Building anything making money is not easy, right? At the end of the day, you need to put in a lot of work to make to make money, right? It's something that I had to take a long time to grasp, right? But just know that all good things come with time. And you cannot expect results with lead generation right away. But you can know that after a certain period of time, if you can put put in the consistent effort, then you will see results.

And yeah, finally, I think the last piece is that you need to put yourself out there, right. When you're finding clients you have to become you have to get comfortable with reaching out to people meeting new people and ultimately trying to show them what your worth is and show them what your value is. If this is something you're not comfortable with, then you have to figure out you have to find a partner who is willing to do this, right you a lot of people find a sales partner and while someone deals on the tech side, that's something I do a lot. I I'm primarily strong, stronger on this on the tech side, even though I can do the sales side, it's not something I'm fond of. So, you know, partnering with people can be a great opportunity for that. So throughout the course, your this potentially will be you, right?

There's a lot of information, you might feel like that you can't handle it. But at the end of the day, you know, what I would encourage you to do is to go back to some videos and if you again if you have any questions, leave them down in the in the in the appropriate videos, and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can. I know this is something that you're investing in, and I want to help you with that. So yeah, with that being said, let's get started.
