This is a course for kids, based upon a story. This course offers insights into unhooking from unhelpful thinking, opening up to unnecessary fears, and learning to choose when our intuition calls upon us. It is based on the story, learning insights, and questions.
The content and story theme has been designed for kids around 4 to 8 years old. However, this material can be suitable for anyone interested. Indeed, older kids have written to me saying they enjoyed it. Ultimately, this course is to help you to help your little ones be part of the positive change that’s going on in the world.
You should have 15 minutes per day where you both can spend this time where your little one can be in the space to listen to a story.
