I'm a high-performance advisor and coach for some of the world's most elite humans. I’ve had the opportunity to work with thousands of people - ranging from average Joe’s to Navy SEALs, Olympic athletes and soccer Mom’s all the way to Hollywood movers and shakers.
In all my experience, I’ve realized that no matter our station in life, most people fall into 1 of 2 categories:
1) We know what to do, but we’re not doing it. We need a coach or mentor to help us triumph over those pesky voices in our heads and to keep us accountable while we pursue our development.
OR
2) We know what we want, but we don’t know what to do. When we’re stuck in a bumbling tailspin we need a coach or mentor to guide us along the path to help us make it happen.
Regardless of where we are on our journey, one truth remains constant: our ability to align our actions with our values and goals will determine the trajectory of our lives. In other words, the difference between who we are and who we want to be is how we spend our time.
I designed this online course to help you master the space between your ears so you can accomplish anything you want in this life. Actually, I designed a better human workshop to work in-person with people like you on these very efforts. But I can only be in so many places. My schedule and people’s ability to travel or attend when I’m in town became a limiting factor.
So we created an online version of the workshop - The Champion's Mindset - so you can do the work (guided by me) at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. In this course, you’re getting the same exercises and mindset tactics that I use to help special forces operators and Olympic athletes hone in on the elite performance.
