All right. So what we're about to do is one of my favorite exercises, this is extremely powerful. And the way that it was taught to me is called 567. And you may know this if you don't, I have a side project with my mentor Paul Reddick who taught this to me. He and I run a podcast called going 567. And we will actually have some books coming out around this concept and some of what we're talking about here in this course, sometime next year.

So I am comfortable calling this 567 and teaching it only because that's how it was taught to me. And because I'm involved with that business, kind of as a partner with Paul now, but I say all that to to give him credit for kind of developing what we were about to do. And you're going to go to the page in your work. What that looks like this, right? It says goals and goal setting. What do you want?

Why do you want it? Okay? So, in the last section, last video, you wrote down over here, your goals, what do you want? Why do you want? Okay? So now when we look at this page here, I want you to write down what your top goal is, right here.

What's that one thing that you want? Why are you here? Right now, on this line right here that says, What's so great about that? I want you to think about this thing right here. This thing that you want this thing, this goal that you wrote down. And as you move down one line, I want you to just answer this question.

What is so great about this? What's so great about that goal? Right, pause the video, answer that question, when you have something written down here, unpause the video, and we'll come back okay, So, now that you've written your answer here, and you're back for more, I'm gonna ask you the next line down. When you get this, how will you learn? How will your life be any different? What's so great about this?

Okay, you have this thing. How's your life now? Different? Hit pause right now. All right, you back, ready for more? Okay, your life is now different, right?

Whatever this is because of this. One more line down. What's so great about that? Seriously, I'm not mocking the goal. We're not we're not trying to poke holes in this thing. We're just trying to peel the layers of the onion and get to what really matters.

The whole 567 exercise is moving from your head to your heart. When we look at I believe Tony Robbins created the like the six needs that everybody has right and they are certainty uncertainty. And I don't know, I'll find the link to this and I'll put it down below in some kind of bonus material. But safety, security, certainty, uncertainty. I don't know. But the highest level of needs our growth, contribution.

Love is one of those other needs, but but growth and contribution are the ones that are here in our heart, right? And those those one through four needs and pursuits. The pursuits of our head, are the roof over our head, the money in the bank so that we can take care of our family, whatever those things are, but once we get those base level needs met, how is it that we boys really want to spend our time it's sort of it's the question from the movie office space. If you had all the money that you needed, and you didn't have to work and you could spend your days however, you could spend your days What you do? Right? And, and so that's where we're going with this.

Okay, so we're here what's so great about that hit pause, write it down and come back one more time. All right, you're back. Let's do it. What's so great about this? What is so important to you about being a person who has this or does this or provides this? Right?

What is so great about that? Why is that important to you? Write that down. And if we've done this properly, we should somewhere around in this area, be starting to get to your 567 this is your why this is the thing that you will stay aligned with. No matter what the things up here. Yeah, they might get us out of bed every once in a while, right?

Or they might motivate us a little bit. But the thing down here, man, if you tell me what this is, there's not a day. There's not a moment. With that, I can't come to you and say, Hey, are you doing this? Are you being this? Are you embodying this?

And we got you. So finish this one up. And if you want to share this with me, then by all means, I'm happy to, you know, help you work through it.
