Alright guys, you made it to the last video here in section one. I hope that what we've gone through has been powerful and supremely helpful. The point in this first module was really to set the tone to help you see what we're working on and where we're going to take you as we go through the next few sections. But before we do that, we're going to end this section with what I think is the best advice I've ever been given. And it is this, your life is perfectly designed for the results that you are currently getting. Your current condition is a result of your conditioning.

If you want something different, you've got to do something different. You've got to spend your time in a different way. This are the initial quote here. Your life is perfectly designed for the results that you're currently getting was advice that I got from my mentor, Paul Reddick in 2012. And at that stage in my life, I had just started my own business, how some strength of my performance training facility. And the way that that lesson really showed up and manifested, was in regards to the amount of time that I spent watching TV, and specifically football.

So this was in the fall, and we were at a meeting with a bunch of other gym owners and the the thought exercise that was presented was, How much time do you spend watching other people follow their dreams? versus how much time do you spend following your own dream So I turned that around and I asked you the same thing. How much time do you spend watching other people live their dreams? Compare that to how much time do you spend making your dreams a reality. Right? Do you watch movies that have the rock in them?

Like I promise you to rock is living his dream. He is busting his ass. He is flying. I know his schedule is you know, wake up, fly across the country film, spend the whole day filming. Well, actually before he flies across the country, he's in his gym getting his workout in. Then he flies cross country puts in a day of work filming.

Then he comes home. And he does it goes through an award ceremony or he's there for his daughter or whatever. And then he's he's producing and he's building you know, the side of the business with Under Armour and headphones and apparel. And we're just sitting there watching the movies. And he's laughing all the way to the bank. Like I said, the the initial conversation where this was presented to me He was around football.

So on a Saturday, there's college football. And I might have watched, let's say you watch two games, and each game is three hours long. That's six hours on Saturday. And then on Sunday, let's say we watch two games. Many people are gonna watch pregame, the one o'clock game, the four o'clock game, and the Sunday night game, and then maybe they watch Monday Night Football, right? So it's not a stretch to think that somebody could spend eight hours watching NFL add that to the six hours of college football that we watched.

There's 14 hours in a weekend, watching other people live their dreams. Right now. Another book that I love is the compound effect. So let's add that to our book a list of book recommendations if you're looking for book recommendations, but if we use the law of compound effect you 14 hours in a weekend, right and there are four weekends in a month. So 14 times four is 28. What is that?

56? Okay, so 56 hours in a month, divide that by an eight hour work day. And how many work days is that? Seven, seven work days in a month that we could be spending seven, eight hour work days that we could be spending on our side hustle on making your business your dream a reality. That's just in a month. Right?

So football season is September, October, November, December, January, right five months. Time seven workdays that's 35 workdays in a five month span. And that's five weeks, five, seven day weeks or seven, five day weeks, seven, five day work weeks that you can be spending making your side hustle making your Dream making your business writing your book, learning a second language. I don't know, I don't know what you're here for. That's what I, you know, remember I asked you in the first video to, you know, as we go through this course, apply these lessons through the lens of whatever the thing is in the back of your mind. So your life is perfectly designed for the results that you're currently getting.

Are you sleeping as much as you should be sleeping? Are you eating the right foods? audit your habits, right? Are you spending too much time watching TV? Are you watching other people live their dreams instead of making your own dreams a reality. Okay, and so, as this video wraps up, you're going to go to this page in your workbook.

Your life is perfectly designed for the results that you're currently getting. What are the results that you're getting right now that you want to keep? Because I know we look at this through a negative lens, but I'm sure they're the results you're getting right now that you want to keep what are they Okay, what are the results that you're getting right now that you want to change? And finally, what actions must you change? To get less of the undesirables and more of the desirables? How can you change your life?

How can you change your actions, your decisions, your choices, the way you spend your time so that you get more of the results that you want. That's it. See you in section two. We're going to talk about human operating system.
