All right, you may have noticed that this is the last video. There are no more pages in the workbook, no more videos. So I'm going to close this course by first of all saying thank you. Thank you for signing up for this course. Thank you for doing your work and making it all the way to this point. Congratulations, you finished something which is more than most people in today's world can do.

You saw this thing through to the end. So big pat on the back for that. Thank you for allowing me and trusting me to be a part of your journey. I am here to help. So whatever I can do to further assist you. Let me know.

My one wish for you is that from today forward, that your actions your choices are aligned with yourself. That would be the single biggest thing. The rest of this course, is really about understanding how we're wired. Finding a way to sort of understand that acceptance, not allowing a misunderstanding of human physiology to either hold you back or to cause you to judge yourself or to place guilt or shame or other self limiting beliefs or narratives around what we're doing. There's nothing wrong with you, you are an amazing person. You know, let go of and shed the things that don't serve you continue to interrogate and investigate both your strengths and the shadows of those strengths and your weaknesses.
