All right, it's time to get started. In order to move forward in order to help you get where you want to be, we need to find out where that is and where you are right now. I love to explain to the people that I work with that the word coach comes from the old stagecoach. And if you think about what its role was, the stagecoach met the rider, the passenger where they are, pick them up and move them to where they want to go. To me, nothing embodies the role of a coach or explains the role of the coach better than that. I am the coach, I am here to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

So, we're going to start by really diving in and the more thought that you can put into these questions, the more granular you can get with your answers, the better So, in your better human workshop workbook, you're gonna go to the very first page. Okay? And so there are four questions here that I want you to answer. What is the single biggest obstacle? What is the single biggest roadblock preventing you right now? from becoming the high or being the high performing human that you want to be?

Right? What are you most passionate about? And why? As we go through this course? What is that lens through which you are looking and trying to apply these lessons? Are you trying to write a book?

Do you want to open your own business? Do you want to be a better leader? What is the thing that drives you? And what is the reason that you're here? How can I help you make measurable and tangible progress in your life? Who is responsible for your success?

If you fail? Who is responsible okay? And then the last one, what's the biggest value that you can add to your team to your community, or to the world as a whole, right? So we're going to end this video in just a second, you're going to fill these out, and then come back pick up on the very next video. But before we do that, while we're on this video, and to save you from having to watch another short video, that's nothing but a writing prompt, we're going to throw this one into so after you finish those four questions, you're going to turn the page and you're going to see this one. I call this the magic wand question.

Right? Whatever day it is, when you're watching this video and filling out these questions, I want you to think six months from now. 12 months from now, we're a year down the road. What does success look like for you? What has to happen in six months or in 12 months for you to look back on today and say best decision I ever made. Wow.

I'm glad I did that. That was really successful. Right? So what does success look like for you? And again, the more granular you can get here, the more details the better. If we just write, you know, hey, owning my own business, Well, okay, I get that.

And I'm not saying that's wrong. But I know a lot of people who own their own business who aren't happy. Most people who take this course on their own business, but they're here looking for something more. You know, you want either less headache, less stress, more time, focusing on the things that you love about your business and less time in the day to day or how do you build a team that is, you know, full of leaders and performing at their the best of their ability so that you can grow the business or do more of the marketing and less of the coaching, whatever the thing is, I think you'd get the point, more granular, more specific, put in the details here. Because this is going to serve as our roadmap. Okay, what does success look like for you?

What would make this course a success? And what has to happen in the next six months or 12 months for you to deem this a success? I know that seems like it's two different ways of asking the same question. But when we put ourselves six months or 12 months into the future, that's a tool or a method of getting that witness or objective viewpoint, so that we can kind of remove ourselves from this moment we can remove ourselves from the emotional part of this and we can really identify an objective look at what will make this a success, okay. It's often very easy to do that when we look at other people's businesses or other people's goals and very difficult with with ourselves.
