We build trust (and self-confidence) by following through, by doing what we said we would do. If you find that you don't have the self-confidence you want, ask the tough question: do you trust yourself? Really trust yourself? Enough to get in the wheelbarrow? 

If you're not where you want to be in the trust and/or self-confidence departments, examine the ways in which you do (or don't) show up and follow through with the promises you make to others and yourself.
