So you may have an uncertainty moving forward in your biz. You may be stuck on how to move forward in a situation. There may be something else going on for you And that's okay. Because this process is the trust process. And you can trust yourself to see what you need to find the connections to put together the answers that best serve you in this moment. So this process is going to take a little while, so please make sure your phones are off, no distractions and that you can be nice and comfortable.
So now that you're ready, make yourself comfortable. Place your feet flat on the floor. If you see a chair like me rest your arms down by your side or maybe your hands on your thighs. How ever that feels comfortable for you. Nice press. Just gently allow your eyelids to close.
Just speak into allow yourself to relax. Just feel yourself letting all of your cares and worries just go. And at this moment in time, nothing matters as you switch off your poll and just allow this time for yourself so that you can unwind unwind completely. And as you feel yourself begin to feel more and more relaxed, letting go anyway, so problems that may may have been on your mind lately and there is no need to find any unwanted negative thoughts as they will soon You relax, just drift out of your mind again, just as easily as they came in, I would like you to take a couple of nice, deep breaths. Slowly filling your lungs with fresh air. And you'll notice as you exhale, you relax more and more every out breath.
