Welcome to the coach's brain MRI, this module is your white space experience. Now in the white space experience, we are going to create a connection between both hemispheres of your brain to connect the logic with the creative, so you can actually harness the full power of your mind. Because in logic has its own creative rewards, and in creativity, if code and logic so when the whole grain connects, we have the illogical magic of creativity, and it's able to be fully unleashed. We say the left side of the brain is traditionally called the logic brain and the right side, the creative side but imagine If there were no signs, what new ideas would come for. So for now, this is about you to be aware in the build and implement, we will further explore this concept, how to create it, and then how to take the white space of the mind and take it into our day today.
So in this module, we're going to do a closed closed eye process to connect both hemispheres of our mind. So what you'll be doing, I'll ask you to close your eyes. Then I'll ask you to softly move your head left to right and right to left. Now, as you move left, to right and right to left, you want to time it out so it's even left to right, right to left, and I'll guide you the sound of my voice. So, left to right, right to left. If you have any issues around moving Just move your head slightly, don't force it.
You don't need to overextend it, just gently move it too comfortable. So you'll just need to listen to my voice and let the magic happen. So now we're going to be keen. What I want you to do is just breathe deeply and close your eyes. Because the whitespace is nothing. It's there.
It's where we can allow creation to take shape. And as you softly move your head, left to right, right to left. Breathing at a nice even pace. Left to Right. Right to left. Let's face it And nothing.
A mind right now can be blackness. It can be color might just be aware of the quiet hum of the soft sounds or the feeling of air moving in and out of your own. Right. It is whatever it is for you. So whatever is in your mind right now, repeat it to yourself three times and write it down. also write down any other thoughts you had in that experience. How did it feel to be connected This is white space in your mind in the connection of the two hemispheres. Because now that you felt it, you know what needs to happen when you want to tap back into that space for solutions and inspiration.
