I want you to watch this module before going into any other module because these are key foundations to a successful feeding relationship, and a healthy feeding relationship for your family. These five keys that are really important, and I always go over them with my clients, and my past students. And anytime they have feelings difficulty, I always come back to these five principles.

So it is really important for you to implement these five principles for your way when you're starting solids, or if you already started solids. As soon as you learn them, you can apply them to your family, because there are still in the early years. It's very easy to apply these principles because you're establishing a strong foundation for them.
