Hey, how are you doing it is Clayton and Marshall. And we are in week 11 of your 90 days. Super well done for getting to this point. And we're nearly there one more week to go after this one and you have completed your foundation with the money personal trainer. And I want to say a big congratulations to you when you get there, which we'll do next week. So for now, let's move on from what we talked about in last week's video.

Last week's video was all about what is your income right now and where is it coming from? So we looked at the cashflow quadrant, we looked at what your income actually is. This week, we're going to look at what will you want it to be and where you can start creating it from. So basically, what is your income right now? Where is your income coming from? If it's coming from your business?

Is it really producing what you want it to produce? If it's not then you know What are the moves that you need to make to start over leveling that, we're going to talk kind of an overview of all of this because this is a subject that I could spend days, weeks months talking to you about. And this exercise really is more around kind of starting to plant seeds. And I'm a big believer in you know, to actually start something, we have to plant a seed, then what we do is we start to nurture that seed and we start to get it to grow. So what we are doing is we are now really looking at, you know, what is it that you want to create, and what income is going to come off the back of that. So we're going to do an overview and then there will be a masterclass in the members area that will go into this in a lot more depth.

So what is it that you're doing right now? What is it creating the income that you are receiving, and how much income is that actually bringing to you? What would you like to create What are the ways that you can create money? While there are lots of different ways that we can do this? So one of the first things that we can talk about here is, if you've got an existing business, as I've already said, you know, what is that doing? And how can you start changing that and up leveling it.

If it's not creating the sort of income that you wanted to create at the moment, then this is about sitting down, sitting back and saying, Okay, what do I need to do differently? What things have you done in the past that have been successful? How can you replicate those things moving forward? What additional income is it that you want to create? Because sometimes we can fall into the trap of just saying I want to earn more that they're not actually specifying what we want that to be. And as we know, from what we've learned about energy, and let's be really clear with the universe universe and tell it what it is that we want to be happening right now in our life, not what we you know, projecting forward that we want to achieve, but you know, I am earning an extra 500 pounds of income.

And as we get really specific on one that what that is, then it's unlikely that it's going to come to us. So what we've got to do here is we've got to get very specific on what we want the income increase to be. What we also then need to do is need to be really realistic about it, guys, because, you know, if you weren't, you know, you're in a position at the moment where you're earning, say, 60,000 pounds a year, and you all of a sudden want to turn that into a million pounds in the next month. Is that really going to happen? Probably not. So, you know, it's about being really realistic about this.

And again, looking at it in 90 day chunks. I said to you at the start of this, it was a really big reason why I went with 90 days and the really big reason was that the brain works most effectively in 90 day cycles. So at the end of this I'm going to be sharing with you a masterclass on how you create your next 90 day plan. And the reason for that is when you do things in 90 days the brain can cope with what you're trying to do. So the is about you looking at the next 90 days and saying, okay, you know, what realistically, can I achieve within that 90 days. Now, there's that old adage of, you know, putting yourself into that zone of uncomfort.

Because when we're in the comfort zone, we tend to not really expand ourselves as much as we could. So we want to make this goal, you know, an achievable goal. But we also want to make it something that's going to close us up a little bit. And that's really going to help us to start moving forward in an open leveling kind of way. Now, as I say this, there's a vast amount more to this area that I could talk about, I am literally not even scratching the surface and what I'm talking to you about here, but it's, as I say, it's planting seeds. And it's starting to get you thinking about what it is that you want to create.

So in your business at the moment, if it's not creating what you want it to do, ask yourself this question. Are you doing something that you love? Are you doing something that you're passionate about, because one of the particularly groups that I'm a member of the lady that founded it, she created an extremely successful business in her early 20s, when she was at university ladies called Carrie green of the female entrepreneur Association. And Carrie created a business with a mobile phone unlocking service online. And she was making a lot of money out of this business. And what happened was that she got to a really successful place with it, and then realized, actually, she had no interest whatsoever in unlocking mobile phones.

And so you know, the business didn't really turn into what he maybe could have. Because she realized that it wasn't what she was passionate about. And doing something that you love and doing something that you're passionate about is absolutely what you should be doing. And why do I say that? Because when you don't love something, what ultimately happens is it always ends up failing, you always ends up in a position of burnout. And you know, you always end up in a position of kind of going back to the Getting.

So passion and drive about something that you love is a critical part of your work. Because doing something that you love, again is so very important. And it was a great quote from the late great Steve Jobs, where he talks about, you know, really doing something that means something to you. Because when you do that, then you will excel in what you do, because it just feels easy. And it feels comfortable, and it feels totally on vibe of what you were here to do. So, you know, if, say your passion, for example, is dog training, and you know, you this is a niche area that you are really passionate about being in, but you know, you're really scared that all of a sudden there's loads of these dog trainers that have come up.

What I would say to you there is don't be scared of your competition, because when there's a lot of competition in your arena, what does that mean? It means that there's a lot of people that want to buy your product. And the mindset very much for you to get into here, which came from my great friend, Paul Harrison, is that you basically think that all of your competition are crap and that they're no good at what they do. Because what that means then is that you can feel like you are number one within your arena and then start to create that into reality. Because there's always going to be competition. And if there was no competition, well, then we probably wonder, why wouldn't we?

We go through fads in life and, you know, social media started out and then quite a lot of people started to jump on the bandwagon. And when we think about how social media started, really one of the very first social media platforms was a thing called friends reunited. Now if you read a certain age, you might even have never even heard of that know what it is. But it was an online website where you could start connecting with people that you went to school with. And so it started literally with just a very, very small niche of connecting you with people that you actually attended high school with, then obvious Mark Zuckerberg came on to the arena. And Facebook was originally about connecting people at Harvard where he went to school.

Is it Stanford, Harvard, I think it was Harvard. And but you know, he was all about just having a social platform for people within that university, to interact with each other and to, you know, share what was going on with them. And then we look at the world today, and there are literally hundreds of different social media platforms. Some of them are bigger than others, some are more successful than others. Some have died to death. And, you know, there's there's social media platforms that started that were really big To start off with, and then just all of a sudden disappeared, because people didn't use them.

You know, look at Facebook, it's got over a billion users. Now that is a big time story. But Mark Zuckerberg didn't create that overnight. So the other thing about as I say, creating your income that I really want to reiterate, is patience. You know, it took you a long time to get you a where do you You are now. So ultimately it's going to take you time to get to where it is that you want to go.

But by being consistent and showing up every single day and taking action every single day, you really going to start making moves into doing that. So, you know, it may be that actually, you don't feel confident enough to create your own business. But you've seen another business that you really like the look of and would like to do something in that. And that's where multilevel marketing network marketing really comes in very, very strongly also franchising. So let's look at network marketing first. Network Marketing is a really amazing way of you setting up your own business and having other people to kind of show you the steps of how to do it.

Now I say show you the steps of how to do it. That will happen depend on on how good the person that introduced you into the business is what they call your sponsor. So if your sponsor is really proactive and really, really fabulous, and he's really cruder than they will help you create a really amazing business by introducing people into the business underneath you, so that you can sell somebody else's product or system. So again, when we think about the cashflow quadrant that I told you about in the last module, we think about the B sector, the big businesses, and this is where network marketing falls. Because the right again, hundreds and thousands of different network marketing companies, and these companies are there, basically, to give you almost a ready made business in a box. So what you have to do is go out there and promote and sell the business and then you will earn income off the back of what you do.

Now, network marketing isn't by no stretch of the imagination, an easy way to make money, you will be told very much by anybody that brings you in that it's really easy. And all you've got to do is introduce people and all that jazz. I'm going to dispel that myth straightaway here and now and say guys, it's not easy and you know, again, There are some network marketing businesses that are very flooded. And there are some that are really successful. And because they are really successful, they've almost become a victim of their own success in that for you to make money out of it, it is more challenging because there's more people that are already buying the product. And what you don't really want to do is be stepping on your fellow network marketers toes because that's just, you know, not good.

And also, ultimately, again, I know that that will always come back and bite you on the bum. The other thing in this area, as I mentioned, is franchising. You know, franchises are let's look at McDonald's, for example, the most successful franchises that probably everybody in the world knows about, you can buy a McDonald's franchise, you can buy a subway franchise, you can buy a body shop franchise, and there are lots of different franchises that you can actually buy. Now, the big difference between networking, marketing and franchising is that with franchising, there's a lot bigger upfront cost for you to actually outlay To set the business up, again, the other big difference with a franchise is they will very much give you a step by step walk you through exactly what you need to do process on how to launch and create that business and how to run it on a day to day basis.

So you know, they will have systems in place of where you order your stock from where you order your food from, where you get repairs done, how to run the business, the nitty gritty systems in the background of like the day to day, accountancy of the business, and there's a lot more context to it. And that is why you are paying a lot higher upfront cost to be involved in that business, then you would, for example, say with a network marketing company. So there's a lot to think about in this area. There is a lot for you to process. And as I say this, this week's module is all about really planting those seeds and starting to think about what you want to do. Next, it may be that you haven't even got your own business next.

And this is about you exploring what you want to set that business up in, I was having a conversation with somebody the other day that wants to create a business, which is basically what she does in her current job. And you know, what she doesn't know is the steps of how to do that. So as I say, we're going to be sharing some of that in the master class. But also, you know, if you really want to excel in it, that's where you can talk to us about doing some one to one mentoring with us. Because we can actually work with you guide you and coach you and give you the support that you need from a business perspective to create that. But you know, what I want you to do is I want you to really explore and hear what it is that you want to create. And then we can start creating some of the how around that. So spend some time on this particular exercise. And actually rather than just Picking a finger out of the air, what I want you to do is I want you to work out what additional income you want to earn why you want to earn it. When we started this whole thing we really talked about the power of y. And you know, it's got to be a y that is personal to you.

It can't be that you want to earn an extra thousand pounds a month because you want to have this highlight sermon. So it's this is not about keeping up the joke with the Joneses people. This is about you really, really doing what you want to do, and sorting the things out for you that are really important to you. So take some time, sit down, clear the mind and start focusing on what it is that you want to create for your why. I'll catch you in the final video next week.
