Okay, let's get on with week two, I hope that you really enjoyed doing your why and committing to this whole thing. And now we're actually going to start getting into some of the real nitty gritty detail that is really going to help you dig into your heart and headspace and really start to make the changes here that are going to underpin your new feelings, thoughts and belief systems around money. So in this particular week, what we're going to be covering is what you actually need to do to create this change and to create it into reality. And the belief systems that you have sheduled in time for all of this action, and tracking your thoughts, so that you can really start to understand what is going on and what is ticking, we're going to introduce you to a thing called the captive and the creative mind as well and the inner voice and then we're going to round all of this off with a really beautiful, abundant life.

Visualizing That I've recorded for you. And I've also given you the wording, say, if you really choose to, you can record it yourself. So let's get on with this, then what do you actually need to create this space into reality? Well, the first part of doing this is by looking at your money mindset and what that is at the moment. And what we need to do is take steps into changing your thoughts to support the money, standards and goals that you've chosen to have. And this whole program, and especially this section is all about making you more conscious around your money.

So mindset is one of the most important stages in your evolution around money. And what we're going to do now is work out how to change your mindset. So the first part of doing this is looking at the way that you think and taking steps to change the thoughts that you have, and to support your money goals. So how do you actually think, well, when you become aware of your thought process, there are lots of things that you need to start thinking about. So what's actually happening what you think when you think, what do you experience? When you're thinking?

Do you hear something? Do you see something? Do you feel something? How do you know when you want something? What's going on in your mind? Do you see pictures?

As you think? Is there a combination of all of these things happening? Or is it something else entirely? So one of the first ways that we do this is by starting to get to know what your inner voices so 97% of the thoughts that you have on a daily basis are completely unconscious. And this explains why on a day to day basis, we're probably unaware of all the communication that we're having with ourselves. And you know, this is because as well if we were aware of all of these thousands and thousands of thoughts that we have every single day, they reckon we have something between 50 and 70,000 thoughts a day, we probably start to go really mad.

So we are You know, only aware of 3% of them, and they and 3% of them are conscious. So there's a lot of internal chatter going on, that we really, really not aware about. So what we're going to do is an exercise around helping you to understand what your inner voice is. So what I want you to do is I want you to start noticing whenever your inner voice is communicating with you, jot some notes down about it, either use the recorder on your phone, or use the notes on your phone or, you know, in front of your computer or have this workbook to hand always so you can start noting them down. What are the thoughts that come up? Go back to those questions that I asked you.

And think about it like this. When does it happen? How is it communicating? Is it like a dialogue of somebody talking to you can you see pictures? You know, what is it that you can actually see and feel? And what is it saying to you?

Most importantly, are you telling yourself I'm no good with money? I can't be trusted with money, things like this never happened for me, what is the combination of thoughts that are going on for you, it's about getting aware of this and actually starting to practice this over the next few days, and getting, you know, into that process of knowing and understanding you and what is going on with your money. So I'm asking you to keep a focus on this over the next few days. But straightaway, what you can do here is start to write some things down that you are already aware of, you will know that there are things that you are already aware of that you really, you know, have got set in your mind that are there already that you know, you tell yourself so as you start to pay attention to all of this, your awareness will improve over the next few days and weeks, and you'll start to pay more attention to what your inner voice is communicating to you.

What I really want you to focus on more than anything when you're doing this is the feeling that comes along with it. Intuition is one of the most powerful things that we have. And in the world that we live in today, and especially as this whole planet is evolving, and we are becoming more aware of, you know, things that are beyond what we can probably imagine in reality at the moment, the feeling of where we're at is critically important. The energy of what is going on is critically important. So what I want you to do is become very aware of this inner voice, and keep this self awareness going, because that is the first step of you actually really starting to make these changes. So what we're then going to start talking about now is the captive and the creative voices.

So when you start looking at this exercise, it may be that you have carried on with this straightaway or you've taken a couple of days to do the last exercise and then you've come back to this. But the whole point of this exercise now is to help you to start understanding what that inner voice has been telling Whether it was a captive thought, or a creative thought, ie a positive thought or a negative thought. So let's start thinking about it like this. How do you feel about these different voices or these different communications that you've got coming to you? How often is your captive talking to you and how often is your creative talking to you? What you can do in this exercise is you can start writing down some of the responses, it may be that you want to use a different colored pen.

For the creative mind, it might be that you want to use a green or a pink or a red. And for the captive voice, it may be that you want to use a black or a blue or another color so you can really see what the two voices are actually communicating to you. Because those two voices in their communication are really, really where you are going to start to create this change in your mindset. So once we've identified what they are, what we then need to do is we need to actually give these inner voices, some identities. So sometimes your inner voice or your self communication, and is, is really, really powerful as to where you actually go in your energy. So what I mean by that is, you know, if we've got that really creative voice talking to us is really powerful in your energy because it's drawing you to be in that really positive frame of mind.

And most importantly, to have that real buzz feeling inside of real amazing positive energy. When we get stuck in the cognitive side of the mind, then we can go very quickly into that negative thought pattern and really start beating ourselves up. So what I want you to do is I want you to create an identity for both of them. So I want you to create an identity for the captive voice and for the negative thoughts and I want you to create an identity for your creative voice in your workbook. I've given you some notes on how to do this. So that is your next step.

Is looking at creating those identities and please do this exercise. Because by giving them a name and an identity, you can quickly kind of say, right, okay, right. Yeah, that's brilliant. I love it. Let's keep having more freedom, for example, for your captive for your creative voice. And let's say I don't know Len is your captive voice.

And let's say you know what, LAN enough now, let's not talk anymore go away. By making it a little bit more fun. It's also going to help you to have a much lighter feeling around this. So it's really really t that you give them identities. So that actually, you can start to communicate with them in a far easier way. And feel that you know which one of them is communicating back with you.

So let's get that exercise done. And then we'll move on to the next step. So this is all about preparing to change a thought pattern. So think of a thought right in this moment. That makes you feel happy and joyful. So for example, it could be someone's giving you a compliment, or you've had an unexpected gift, or something that you read that randomly made you really laugh out loud or smile.

It could be the birth of your children, it could be something that one of your children has done, or a niece or a nephew, go into that place and think of something that really makes you happy and feel inside what's going on. When you really go into that place. You start to get that really fuzzy feeling, and you start to really live the moment in your mind. So it can be anything at all. But the key is, I want it to be something that makes you feel really good. So what I want you to do is I want you to think of three or four things that you can recall in an instant that you can write down in your workbook now that get you into that warm, fuzzy feeling place and thank them, remember them you These as your new default settings for going to that happy place.

Now once you've recorded all of these memories, it's really important that you do keep a note of them because that is going to help you to imprint it on your mind by writing it down. And then we can go back to this. So let's just a little exercise to see how good you've got at recalling these. Now you've written them down. So I want you to sit down and I want you to just smile for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Just big cheesy grin on your face and really smile for no reason other than you are just smiling.

Now, how does that make you feel? Write it down. Because how that makes you feel is absolutely key because that warm fuzzy feeling is starting to create new neural pathways because you are going into a much more positive place. Now you've had a nice smile. What I want you to do now is I want you to change it to a really grumpy look on your face and I want you to frown and I want you to, you know, go into that kind of angry moment. Okay, how does that make you feel?

What are you feeling now you've gone into that place probably isn't great is it? So again, bank what has just happened? Remember it, reference it, because now you can really feel the difference between the two things. And let's just share something with you. Every time you frame you're using 43 facial muscles. And when you smile, it only uses 17.

So when we think about this from like an aging process, particularly ladies, and it's not great to be doing that frightened thing because it's going to create a lot more on cruise lines and wrinkles than, than anything else. So let's remember smiling Feels good framing really doesn't empower or help anybody. So the first step of changing a thought process is to replace it with another one. And yes, it really is that simple. So we've already talked a little bit about the captive and creative mindset. And we've already jotted down some of those thoughts.

So now we're going to revisit this exercise and take it to the next level. So you spent a couple of days working out, you know, what your thought patterns were, what your default settings that you were going to. So let's revisit that now and write down again, what are the captive thoughts that you have been having? Go back to that previous exercise and write them down now in this section. And the reason I'm asking you to do this, again, is getting you really, really aware of these. So getting really aware of them is going to help you to really changed them.

Now that you've written them down, I want you to move on to the next step. So Take that captive thought, and think about what you can do to change it into a creative. So let's take an example here. Are you, for example telling yourself, I'm really bad with money? Is that one of your capital thoughts? Okay?

If it is, what is it that we can change that too? Can we change it to, I'm always really good with my money. I'm always really careful with how I spend my money. I'm always really careful with knowing exactly where I am with my money. What I want you to do is choose one that resonates and feels good for you. Because that's what's really important about this is it's got to be something that resonates and feels really good for you.

So write some down and again, have these in a place where you can get to them really quite quickly. Because if you get into that place of stuff I want you to be able to get in quickly, maybe is that you need to take a picture of this particular page of your workbook and have it on your phone. So it's a quick reference for you and you can look at it really quickly. So again, for the next two to three days, I want you really to start to notice your money communication voice. And whenever you hear that communicating, I want you to get really, really into the thought process of positivity, and really try starting to switch this around. So again, within your workbook, you've got a lot of notes here about how that voice is communicating with you, and what it's saying to you.

And it gives you lots of things about the communication to look for with regards to your money. So make sure that you have a read through that and go over those in some detail. Now, let's talk about money beliefs. And let's talk about the belief systems that you have. What we're going to do first is look at what your money beliefs are. And then what we're going to do is look about how we change them.

And actually, this is a really super simple exercise. So what we're going to start off with is we're going to start off with looking at what your real treatment beliefs are. So what I want you to do to do this is I want you to quiet your mind, maybe you need to stop this audio for a second and just do a little five minute meditation to quieting your mind. And to get into this place where you can ask yourself a really quick, quick key question. So, let's get that done. And then let's carry on with the exercise.

Right then the question that I want you to ask yourself is, what do I believe about money right now? The first thing that pops into your mind is what I want you to write down. Keep asking yourself that question for the next few minutes and write down the first thing that comes into your mind because that is your true money belief. Okay, so hopefully you've got some things written down on the page. Now if you haven't then sit here in this space until the things come up because they will. Now what we want to do is we want to move on to the next stage and You want to ask yourself the question, how can you notice to be true?

So look at each of the money beliefs, and ask yourself, How do I know that this is true? What evidence Have I got to support that this is true? So it could be that you say, you know, for example, you know, I spend money on things that I shouldn't really spend them on. Well, you know, what evidence Have you got to support that? Who says that you shouldn't spend this? Or is it guilt purchases that you've got going on here?

And if that is true, then Okay, that's great that we've discovered that. So what can we do to change that? And to reframe it, we're going to come on that in come on to that in the next exercise, but for now, let's really test is one of them that, you know, I haven't got any money. And now have a look at your bank account. Do you have credits going into your bank account? If the answer to that is yes, that you know that you've got money?

I think actually what you're really telling yourself is that you don't have money to spend on the things You really choose to spend it on and want to spend it on. So let's get really, really deep into this one and spend probably 15 or 20 minutes really, really going inside, listening to that inner voice and really understanding what your money beliefs are, and testing the truth of them, and whether they are real. So, again, let's write them down. Because writing these things down, is really what it does to imprint it on your brain. And we want to imprint the negative to a certain degree because we want to know what it is that we're going to change. Now what we're going to do is we're going to move on to what do you want your new beliefs around money today?

So again, I want you to go into that quiet space. I want you to quiet your mind and I want you to sit, sit and think about what do you really want to feel about money, go into that heart space again, as well and say to yourself, you know, what is it that I really want to feel about money I did a video not too long ago about how to love money and the fact that he was spiritual. And maybe it might be a good moment to just take a break and go and watch that video if you haven't seen it already. It's on our YouTube channel under the money personal trainer. So, go into that space. What do I really want to believe about money?

Is it that you want to believe I'm really fabulous at managing my money every single day? I have money flowing to me easily and effortlessly and continually. What is it that you really want to believe about money and when you're writing these things down, see how you feel about them, you know, they're not getting you really excited. Spend some time tweaking the words. You know, the construction of what you put here in words is really, really important. Because the language that we are telling ourselves is absolutely key to what we want to create in our life.

So now you've written down what you want your new belief about money to be Your next action you've got is I believe that money is. So let's write some really lovely affirmations down around money. I believe that money is wonderful and brings me all of the things that I choose to have in my life. I believe that money helps me to grow and thrive in my life. I believe that money is an amazing energy resource that I use to my most amazing, highest good. write some really empowering statements down, that are really, really positive for you.

We're then going to move on to when I think about money, I feel what you feel excited, empowered, blessed, grateful. Think of all the amazing words that you can associate with money and write them down again on this piece of paper and in your workbook, so that you can really start to get into some really great empowered places. around your winner. So that is some really powerful work for you to do. And you know, the key to all of this is, as we said earlier, scheduling, and creating time for you to actually do this work. I recommended that you needed to put a couple of hours slots in.

And it may be that you've listened to this first and then you're going to go back and do the exercises. It may be that you've done them as you've gone along. What I really highly recommend that you do is actually go back to this and revisit it again. Do this exercise more than once because it may be that you scratch the surface the first time and the second time you really really going to dig deep and get into more depth. So you know, understanding who you are and what you believe around money and how to create and change your mindset is absolutely critical. This is something that you know, really need to be continuing to practice.

Continually, because think of yourself like an onion, you know, you're going to peel one layer and you're going to get to one level. And then we need to peel the next one and the next one, so we can keep creating this and moving you forward. So that's it for this particular section in this particular week. So I've actually given you the script that I use to record this.

And I would really encourage you to print that out and do your own as well. If you don't have time to do that, or you're quite happy to listen to my voice, then please do this every single day, once a day would be amazing twice a day would be absolutely phenomenal. Really trying to fit it in because it's something that's really going to help you to get that print that imprint. On your brain and really really help you to start create again those new pathways and really start to change what is going on. You know what's really interesting about this is my feeling of vibration while I've been doing this with you and talk you through all of this has been so very high and got me so excited. So you know, hopefully that's the place that you're going to get in while you're doing this.
