When you're ready, find a place to sit and close your eyes. And these simply observe the physical sensations with stillness, as you have done in the creator's meditation. This will help your mind to react less negatively to the suffering experience. Because in the past, whenever we're faced with suffering experiences, our old habits have always been to declare, it's not okay.

It's not okay. So by inverting it, we're transforming our old habits of always reacting negatively straightaway
