Hi, I'm Johnny john. Today I want to share with you some tips with facing the wandering thoughts that may happen during your meditation practices. So no doubt throughout your meditation practices, you will encounter many wandering thoughts. This is completely natural. At first it can definitely be difficult to not be led away by the wandering thoughts that are coming and going. But just try your best to remain present in still instill because it's by doing this, that you're training your mind to listen to you, rather than to fall back in your old habit of being led away into your wandering thoughts.

Just thinking and thinking in your mind. You need to be in the state of observation, instill this in your meditation practices. So always try Peace to be still. And no doubt, you will experience states of peace in harmony from time to time. And from time to time you will experience negativity and chaos in the mind. This is what wandering thoughts do when they come and pull you away from your center of stillness.

So try your best to be simply in the present moment of focusing on gestures, meditation practice not to dwell on the thought which can be very convincing. The thoughts that can persuade you to convince you to dwell in them. don't engage in the wandering thoughts just leave them in, let them come and let them go. Because when you when you do this, you're essentially telling your mind that you do not want to wander off, you want to remain still this is how you gain mastery over the mind. And what you can do in your practice is to focus on the physical sensations of the breath coming in and going out. This is what we do the 5% breaths, because by focusing on something which is real, something which is Nitro, something which is happening in the present moment, it posts our mind to that same state of prison this of stillness of naturalness.

So no matter what happens in your meditation practice, try your best to be still be in the present moment. So in the meditation practice, the essentially just two instructions one is to Focus your awareness on the physical sensations happening on the body, for instance, to become aware of the physical sensations coming, and then going out through the nostrils. This is how you can put your mind into this state of stillness of being present. Now, the second instruction is to remain calm, to remain steel at all times. This means to not try your best to not react negatively to your negative reactions, to exaggerate your reactions, to suppress your reactions, to just not react to them to simply observe. For instance, also to not dwell in your wandering thoughts to engage in the negativity, that some wandering thoughts can bring all the pleasures that some wandering thoughts can bring to the experience of meditation.

This is how you develop stillness to a greater level to simply observe. Use the five person breath as a way to deepen your stillness. Try to practice your meditation practices up to an hour day because the longer you sit, the more the deeper wandering thoughts will surface and try to pull you away from your sense of stillness. And like this. This is how you can deepen your stillness by pulling yourself back. And like this, you go deeper and deeper into the mind.

Try to practice meditation every day. This is how you can encounter more and more types of wandering thoughts, like the wandering thoughts and you can't, that you just cannot release yourself from dwelling on them to encounter the Wondering thoughts that you have become attached to this is the most important aspect of the practice which is to develop the knowing of itself. Because through simply observing how you interact with a wandering thoughts, you will be able to understand why the habit patterns at the end so you can transform it. So, the three the practice, the purpose of things do the purpose of being present, the purpose of just simply observing as to develop the knowing of the cell so, no matter what happens, all you need to do is to simply observe whatever comes will come someday, there will be a happy meditation sometimes won't because deeper negativities have surface.

So, at first, it can be difficult, especially the first few months that you begin meditation Because it will be very difficult to not be pulled into the chaos of the mind. But with time as you develop greater stillness will only become easier and easier. So use meditation as a means to develop greater stillness, greater knowing all for yourself.
